What to include in your estimate request

Site-work pricing depends on what the property is like before work starts and what it needs to become after the work is complete. A clear request helps a local operator decide whether the job is a fit and what follow-up details are needed.

• City, county, and closest road or landmark
• Service needed: clearing, grading, drainage, driveway, demolition, or site prep
• Approximate acreage, driveway length, pad size, or structure size
• Access constraints such as gates, slopes, soft ground, utilities, or narrow drives
• Wet areas, drainage, or washout symptoms
• Photos, timeline, and what the area should be ready for after the work
